Shipping & Returns
- Orders will be processed within 1 business day
- Standard delivery of 5-7 business days on all standard orders unless otherwise noted for special order
- Orders ship by standard ground through UPS, Fed Ex, USPS within the USA
RETURNS & EXCHANGES:
- 30 day return policy from the day you receive your package
- All items, including clothing, must be unworn/unused with no visible signs of wear.
Once we process an order we can not modify or change the order. If you need to make a change then please request it as soon as possible before we process the order. Simply email us at CS@pawlifestyles.com or reach out to us through our Facebook page and we will respond as soon as possible.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, Store Credit, etc). If the original payment method is unavailable or cancelled, the return balance will be issued as a store credit.
RETURNING A GIFT?
If you are returning a gift, please email our team at CW@Pawlifestlyes.com with 1) the original purchaser's name or email address, 2) order number if available, 3) item to return, and 4) your contact information.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Please ship your package to a secure location or post box to ensure it is delivered without risk of theft. Once a package has been scanned as delivered we are unable to pursue a claim on your behalf and cannot recoup the value of the package. If the package has been lost in transit and has not been scanned as delivered, we are happy to place a claim on your behalf with the courier. A replacement or refund will be issued once the courier has finished the claim investigation process.
